Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in steel smelting, steel rolling, metal remanufacture, the processing and the inspection of steel materials. The Company mainly provides alloy structural steel, spring bearing steel, carbon structural steel, special alloy steel and high grade bearing steel. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 1.28 million metric tons of steel and 1.33 million metric tons of steel materials, as well as sold approximately 1.34 million metric tons of steel materials. The Company distributes its products in domestic markets and to overseas markets.
