The Company operates its businesses through forest cutting, the manufacture and distribution of artificial boards, decoration materials and forest chemical products, as well as the import and export trading. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five subsidiaries and five affiliates, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of particle boards and wood floorings, financial services, automobile leasing, as well as import and export trading.
