Xinjiang Chalkis Co., Ltd is primarily engaged in the production and distribution of tomato products, under the brand name of Chalkis. The Company primarily provides economy-size concentrated tomato paste, peeled tomatoes and chopped tomatoes, canned tomato products, tomato lycopene capsules, tomato fiber plates, and canned vegetables, among others. The Company distributes its products in China鈥檚 domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had seven subsidiaries and associates.
