ZHEJIANG JUHUA CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the production and sale of fluoro chemicals and the subsequent products, the basic chemical materials and the subsequent products, fertilizer, insecticide and food additives. The Company primarily provides fluoro chemicals, chloro alkaline products, acid products, fine chemical and other products, including chlorinated methane, resins, ionic membrane caustic soda, liquid chlorine, trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene, among others. The Company distributes its products primarily in domestic market. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 19 subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in the production and distribution of fluoro chemicals, feedstuffs, additives, agricultural chemicals, construction materials, calcium carbide and electronic chemical products.
