JIANGSU HUACHANG CHEMICAL CO., LTD is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of chemical fertilizers, pure soda and fine chemical products. The Company鈥檚 main products consist of urea, pure soda, compound fertilizers, ammonium chloride, methanol and synthetic ammonia, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three subsidiaries and three affiliates, which involved in manufacture and distribution of compound fertilizers, raw drugs and industrial gas, commodities and technology import and export trading, as well as property development and distribution.
