Jinpan International Limited is engaged in the design and manufacture of cast resin transformers, switchgears, unit substations, reactors and other wind energy products. The cast resin transformers allow high voltage transmissions of electricity to be distributed to various locations in lower, more usable voltages and are used in a range of industrial, infrastructure, commercial and residential applications. The Company manufactures medium voltage cast resin transformers for a range of uses and applications, including industrial, infrastructure and municipal projects, such as factories, real estate developments, airports and subway systems. In April 2011, the Company acquired Guilin Jun Tai Fu Construction and Development Co. Ltd.
