JiangXi ChangJiu Biochemical Industry Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of chemical products. The Company provides chemical fertilizers, chemicals, biochemical products and pharmaceutical intermediates, including acrylamide, urea, white carbon black, plastic pipes, hydrogen peroxide and crude methanol, among others. It distributes its products primarily in Nanchang and Jiujiang, Jiangxi province, as well as Jiangsu province, China. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three subsidiaries, which involved in the manufacture, generation and distribution of chemical products, steam, electric power and industrial gas.
