Anhui Liuguo Chemical Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in manufacture, processing and distribution of chemical fertilizers. The Company鈥檚 major products are diammonium phosphate, high concentrated phosphorus composite fertilizers and total ammonia, among others, which are applied primarily in agricultural production. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 1.2 million tons of phosphorus composite fertilizers, as well as approximately 127,900 tons of total ammonia.
