LIAONI HUAJIN TONGDA CHEMICALS COMPANY LIMITED is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of petrochemical products and chemical fertilizers. The Company is primarily engaged in the production and distribution of petroleum products and ethylene products. The Company also provides urea under the brand name of Huajin, liquid ammonia, methyl alcohol, mixed benzene, excess oil and bug dust. The Company mainly distributes its products in the domestic market with Liaoning and Xinjiang as its major markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four major subsidiaries, which provide urea and electricity.
