Yueyang Xingchang Petro-Chemical Co., Ltd. is a China-based company primarily engaged in manufacture of petroleum chemical products. The Company鈥檚 main products include polypropylene, liquefied gas, propylene and methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE). The Company is also engaged in the manufacture and sale of plastics and relevant products, as well as the retailing of oil products. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had two major subsidiaries.
