Pangang Group Steel Vanadium & Titanium Co.,Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of iron, steel and vanadium products. The Company produces track beam products, hot rolled products, cold rolled products, steel tube products, special steel products, vanadium products and titanium products, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 7.61 million tons of iron, 7.48 million tons of steel, 20,500 tons of vanadium products, 62,600 tons of titanium pigment, 7.88 million tons of sefstromite products, as well as 53,800 tons of high titanium slag products. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had eight subsidiaries and associates, involved in the smelting, processing and distribution of iron, steel and vanadium products.
