Bengang Steel Plates Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the smelting of steel and the rolling and processing of steel plates. The Company primarily provides steel plates, steel billets and other products. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 9.82 million metric tons of pig iron, 10.05 million metric tons of crude steel, 9.29 million metric tons of hot-rolled steel plates, 1.66 million metric tons of cold-rolled steel plates, as well as 640,000 metric tons of special steel materials. The Company distributes its products in domestic markets and to overseas markets, with east China, northeast China and north China as its major markets.
