The Company derives most of its revenues from its Jiayuan.com Website. It operates in three segments: online services, events and VIP services, and other services. The Company offers users free registration with full search access to its database. The Company's online revenues are derived from initial message fees, periodic subscription fees and revenues from a number of fee-based, value-added services. It charges either the sender or the recipient an RMB2.00 fee in order for an initial message to be readable. As of March 31, 2011, it had a total of 40.2 million registered user accounts. The Company also provides offline VIP services, which offers personalized search services to certain of its customers.
