Huludao Zinc Industry Co., Ltd. is a China-based company primarily engaged in the smelting, processing and sale of non-ferrous metal products. The Company鈥檚 principal products are high grade zinc, sulfuric acid, hot dipped zinc and electrolytic lead, among others. It distributes its products primarily in domestic markets. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 374,800 tons of zinc, 16,200 tons of lead, 550,000 tons of sulfuric acid, 24.1 tons of silver and 23.2 tons of indium. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had two subsidiaries and two affiliates, which involved in port transportation, deep processing and sale of nonferrous metal products, as well as banking services.
