Zhongjin Gold Corp., Ltd. is principally engaged in exploration, mining and smelting of gold, copper, lead, silver and other nonferrous metals. The Company's major products are standard gold, mineral gold, smelting gold, electrolytic copper, content copper, silver, sulfuric acid and iron ore concentrate, among others. Through its subsidiaries/affiliates, the Company also involves in the provision of mineral resource survey services, the distribution of steel materials and cement, as well as mineral investment and management. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 85.82 tons of standard gold, and 19.7 tons of mineral gold.
