Jinduicheng Molybdenum Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in mining, smelting, processing and distribution of molybdenum products. The Company's major products are molybdenum charging materials, molybdenum metal products, lead and zinc, magnesium alloy profiles, ferrosilicon, sulfuric acid and other products. The Company also involves in trading of molybdenum and other metal products. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in processing and distribution of tungsten and molybdenum products, as well as import and export trading of raw materials and devices.
