JIANGXI SPECIAL ELECTRIC MOTOR., LTD is a China-based company engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of alternating current (AC) electric motors. The Company provides electric motors, including lifting metallurgical motors, lift and elevator motors, explosion proof motors and medium-sized high-voltage motors; wind power generators and related motors; mechanical products, as well as lithium ion battery positive pole materials, among others. The Company mainly distributes its products in domestic markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had two major subsidiaries, which involved in the manufacture and sale of lithium ion battery materials, as well as the processing and exploitation of lithium mine resources.
