Zhengzhou Sino-Crystal Diamond Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of artificial diamonds, raw materials and assistant materials, as well as the research and development of artificial diamond equipment. The Company's major products are artificial diamonds, which are applied in the manufacture of cutting tools, grinding tools, drilling tools and other tools; raw and assistant materials, including graphite powders, metal powders, graphite rods, pyrophylite powders and dolomite powders, among others, as well as processing equipment. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company obtained approximately 94.82% of its total revenue from artificial diamonds. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
