Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of heavy machinery. The Company provides cranes, including metallurgical cranes, power station cranes, general cranes and other cranes; excavators and coking devices, including excavators for ships, excavators for mining and hydraulic excavators, among others; rolling mills and forging equipment, including seamless steel pipe devices, big-caliber welded pipes equipment, extrusion presses, punching hydraulic presses and forging hydraulic presses, among others, as well as train wheels, castings, reducers and film bearings. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had two subsidiaries, which involved in electric technology services and machinery manufacture.
