Nanzhi Co., Ltd., Fujian announced that it expects a loss of RMB 78 million for the first half of fiscal year 2011, compared to that of same period last year (RMB 2,616,012.75). The Company cited the increase of raw material price and financial expenses as well as fierce competition as the main reasons for this forecast.
