Fangda Carbon New Material Co., Ltd. announced that the Company and its subsidiaries will divest a 52% stake in a Ningxia-based carbon company, a 66.7% stake in a Fushun-based carbon company and an 80% stake in a Sanmenxia-based carbon company to three other companies, at RMB 1.82 million, RMB 10,068,251.18 and RMB 19,553,562.57 respectively.
