VisionChina Media Inc announced that it expects total revenues, which consist of advertising service revenue only, in the third quarter of 2011 to be between $50.0 million and $53.0 million. Third quarter 2011 net income attributable to VisionChina Media shareholders, excluding share-based compensation expenses and amortization of intangible assets (non-GAAP), is estimated to be between $3.7 million and $5.7 million. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts on an average were expecting the Company to report revenue of $52.6 million and net loss of $3.2 million for the third quarter of 2011.
