August 22 – Rongan Property (000517) plans to inject a total of 290 million yuan into Ningbo Touchuang Rongan Property Limited, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

The company initially had registered capital of 10 million yuan, of which Rongan Property’s controlling subsidiary, Ningbo Kangyuan Property Development, contributed nine million yuan. Ningbo Rongan Property Development, another controlling subsidiary, contributed the remainder.

The company will be in charge of a project in Ningbo with land area of 35,392 square meters. Kangyuan Property Development will inject 261 million yuan while Ningbo Rongan will contribute the rest, raising registered capital to 300 million yuan.
