August 24 -- Yunnan Copper plans to sell a 51 percent stake in Lanping Mining for 162 million yuan, reports Shanghai Securities Journal, citing a company filing.
The company had in June last year put up its 51 percent stake in Lanping Mining for sale for 166 million yuan.
Lanping Mining, founded in 2004, with registered capital of one billion yuan, is involved in the exploration of silver, zinc and copper. It had total assets of 191.38 million yuan, and had incurred a loss of 43.3 million yuan in 2010.
