Zhou added that the clothing retailer will not build a new factory to deal with the inventory issue but will instead improve supply chain management, namely global procurement. It takes only five to 10 days to bring products from the factory floor to consumers if management is well placed, he added.

The average Metersbonwe employee salary in Zhejiang province, were the company distributes orders, have jumped 30 percent each year in recent years.
