Hunan Valin Steel Co., Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has approved the proposal of corrective actions according to the four problems identified during the inspection by Hunan Regulatory Bureau of China Securities Regulatory Commission. The problems cover the areas including corporate governance, internal control, information disclosure and accounting accuracy.
