Most of high performance NdFeB manufacturers are under full production utilization benefitting from the continued vigorous demand.

Zhenghai Magnetic Material (300224.SH) is one of the manufacturers that actively expand capacity of high performance NdFeB. Its capacity was 3,300 tons in 2010, and will increase 200 tons in 2011. Besides, the third phase project will add another 800 tons capacity, which will reach full production by mid 2012.

In addition, its IPO fund-raised project of 2,000 tons capacity will reach designed capacity by 2014. The long construction period is caused by the time consuming newly built plant in new site. Moreover, another 2,000 tons capacity built by the over-raised funds will reach full production by 2015. By then, total capacity of Zhenghai Magnetic Material will hit 8,300 tons.
