November 3 -- China United Network Communications (China Unicom) ( 600050.SH,0762.HK) is said to be planning to establish a sales company which will integrate its existing sales department, marketing department, and customer services department, with that of a subsidiary, China Unicom Huasheng, reports cctime.com, citing a company insider.

According to the insider, the new sales company will set up branches in large cities and marketing centers in the small county-level cities.

The details are yet to be disclosed.

China Unicom has not responded to the report.
