On August 14, 2011, the Company's holding subsidiary Tibet Yulong Copper Joint Stock Limited (Yulong Copper) and Huaneng Upstream Lancang River Hydropower Co., Ltd. signed the "Agreement on Cooperative Development of Huaneng Guoduo Hydropower Station", under which it is stipulated that both parties jointly contributed to establishing Huaneng Guoduo Hydropower Co., Ltd. (Huaneng Guoduo, temporary name). The initial registered capital of Huaneng Guoduo is RMB200 million. Yulong Copper contributed RMB68 million, accounting for 34% of the registered capital of Huaneng Guoduo.
