November 7 -- Property developer Country Garden Holdings (2007.HK) recorded a 37 percent year-on-year rise in transaction value to 36.9 billion yuan during the first 10 months of 2011, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

During the same period, transaction area increased 18 percent year-on-year to 5.85 million square meters.

Through the end of October, Country Garden reported unsettled transaction value of 3.9 billion yuan.

Transaction value in October hit 4.4 billion yuan.
