November 16 -- Chengdu Westone Information Industry (002268.SZ), a provider of computer encryption products and virtual private network (VPN) services, said shareholder Chengdu Xinxing Venture sold 8.63 million shares, or a five percent stake, at an average price of 18.62 yuan per share, on November 14, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

Following the stake disposal, Chengdu Xinxing Venture holds 19.64 million shares, or a 11.37 percent stake, in the company.

Chengdu Xinxing Venture had sold 7.73 million shares, or a five percent stake, during the period between December 15, 2010 and November 2, 2011.
