Huawei,the world's No.2 telcome equipment manufacturer is focusing on increasing profits and aims more in enterpreneur business and cosumer elctronics business.

Huawei has turned its focus to increasing profits after gaining a steady market share and plans to go public in the future, Reuters quoted the China's technology giant as saying.

Reuter said in another article the world's No. 2 telecom equipment company is also abmitious to compete in the enterprise business and consumer electronics business.

Huawei aims to lead the handset market in the forseeable future, despite new in the business, said the company's deputy chairman Guo Ping.

Huawei is about to become one of the world's most competitive consumer electronics company in two years, Guo said, adding that sales of terminal cosumer electronics is likely to jump to 6-7 billion U.S.dollars in 2011.

Huawei terminal products sales posted a 24.9 year-on-year rise to 30.7 billion yuan (less than 5 billion U.S.dollars ) in 2010 by selling 120million units.
