Lippo Limited (00226.HK) and Lippo China Resources (00156.HK) (LCR) announced that LCR has agreed to sell the entire issued share capital of Winnery Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, to Vantro Investment Ltd. LCR expects to record a gain of HK$82 million from the disposal.

Lippo owns 71.21% stake in LCR.
