Shanghai Pharmaceuticals (HKG:2607) said that it has received the resignation tendered by Ge Jianqiu from the position as senior vice president of the company. For personal reasons, Ge decided to resign all the positions in the company and its controlled and invested entities after careful consideration. The resignation of Ge will take effect from 1 December 2011.
