Oriental Press Group (00018.HK) has agreed to sell parcels of land situated in the southern part of the Central Business District of Sydney, Australia known as lots 1-15 in Strata Plan 38740, comprising an 8-storey commercial office building with lower level retail and basement parking, for A$15.1 million (HK$116 million). The gain expected to accrue to the group from the disposal is HK$11.5 million, which will be used as the company's general working capital.
The property occupies a site area of 493 sqm and a gross floor area of 3,151 sqm (excluding the car parking spaces, balcony and common areas).
