China's home prices drop for a third month in November.
China's property prices fell for a third month in November, as developers cut prices to boost sales under continued government housing curbs.
Home prices dropped 0.28% month-on-month in November, following a 0.23% decline in October, according to statistics from China's biggest real estate website owner, SouFun Holdings Ltd on Dec 1st.
SouFun's statistics show home prices eased in 57 of the 100 cities, while prices in Shanghai dropped 0.47% and Beijing dipped 0.08 percent. Ningbo, a coastal city in Zhejiang province, posted the biggest decline of 2.25 percent.
