Orient National Communication (ONC) (300166.SZ) is the provider of business intelligence (BI) solutions, and the business can be divided into enterprise data platform, data analysis platform and CRM applications based on BI. The domestic telecom operators are major customers of the company's BI products. ONC is the largest BI provider of China Unicom and China Telecom, and one of the three core BI providers of China TieTong which is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Mobile.

In December 2011, ONC announced that it would acquire 100% shares of Beijing Donghua Telecommunication Engineering Co., Ltd with RMB52 million, with the aim to absorb and consolidate the subscribers of China Mobile in Inner Mongolia.

ONC will expand its business to other industries including energy, finance, postal service, press and publication and mobile internet etc. It has established industry development department to seek acquisition target.
