Yuzhou Properties announced that its contract sales this year up to the end of November totalled RMB4.031 billion - up 4% on year, or 453,173 sqm by area - up 65% on year.

The contract sales value only represented 62% of the full-year target of RMB6.5 billion.

The average selling price for the 11 month for the contract sales was RMB8,895 per sqm.
