CATIC Shenzhen  has proposed to broaden the scope of business of the company to include import and export trade to meet the needs of its business development.

The board has also proposed to amend the articles of association of the company to cater for the proposed change of scope of business.

However, the proposed change of scope of business of the company is subject to the passing of a special resolution by the shareholders at the EGM approving the proposed change of scope of business; and the relevant authority in the PRC approving the proposed change of scope of business, the company said.
