Hang Ten Group (HKG:0448) announced that its independent board committee has approved the appointment of Celestial Capital Limited as the independent financial adviser to advise the committee in respect of the offer made by Perfect Lead Investments Limited.

Perfect Lead Investments, a company owned equally by William Fung Kwok-lun and Victor Fung Kwok-king, has offered for all of Hang Ten Group's issued shares at HK$2.7 per share.
