Hongguo International Holdings Limited (HKG:1028) proposes to change its name to "C.banner International Holdings Limited" and adopt a new Chinese name as the secondary name.

The company and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of women's footwear in China and one of the group's self-developed brands is "C.banner". The board considers that the change of company name will better reflect the nature and principal activities of the group and that the new name can strengthen the company' corporate image and identity.
