Little Sheep will withdraw from the Hong Kong stock exchange on February 2nd, ending its three-year journey in capital market.
According to reports yesterday, Yum! Brand, the mother company of KFC, made great progress in purchasing the hot-pot chain brand Little Sheep and there was just one step away for the latter to join the big family with KFC and Pizza Hut. Little Sheep decided to withdraw from the market on February 2nd.
On the evening of January 1st after the final trading day of last week closed, Little Sheep announced that Yum! Brand’s acquisition and privatization proposal passed with an approval rate of 98.81% on the shareholders meeting held in Hong Kong that afternoon.
