Henderson Land (HKG:0012) chairman Lee Shau-kee increased his long position in the company from 61.62% to 61.64% by acquiring 239,000 shares at HK$39.196 per share on average on January 5 and 300,000 shares at HK$38.735 per share on average on January 6, according to the Stock Exchange's Disclosure of Interests information.

The shares were traded on the exchange for a total of HK$21 million.
