Norstar Founders Group (HKG:2339) announced that on 9 January 2012, the High Court ordered that the adjourned hearing of the winding up petitions against Norstar Founders and its wholly owned subsidiary Norstar Automobile Industrial Holding Limited (NAIH) respectively be further adjourned to 14 May 2012 to enable the provisional liquidators to pursue further the proposed restructuring of Norstar Founders and NAIH.

Trading in the shares of Norstar Founders on the Stock Exchange has been suspended since 19 January 2009 and shall remain suspended until further notice.
