China AU Group (HKG:8176) announced that, due to the delay in publication of its annual results for the financial year ended 30 June 2011 and its first quarterly results for the three months ended 30 September 2011, it is unable to publish interim results on or before 14 February 2012 pursuant to the GEM Listing Rules.

Publication of the annual results will be delayed to on or before 21 February 2012.
