Chiho-Tianhe Group (HKG:0976) made a loss in the fourth quarter of 2011 and expects to record a significant decrease in net profit for the financial year ended 31 December 2011 as compared with the previous year.
The company attributed the fourth-quarter loss to a significant drop in the global commodity prices in the last quarter of 2011 and "mark-to-market" basis for provision for inventories and revaluation for financial instruments held by the group.
