China Communication Telecom Services Company Limited (HKG:8206) announced that, benefited by the gain on disposal of a subsidiary and a waiver of interest payable under a promissory note issued by a subsidiary, it expects that a profit in the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the group for the nine months ended 31 December 2011 as compared to a loss of the corresponding period in 2010.

The compny expects its third quarterly results to be announced on or about 9 February 2012.
