Dan Form Holdings (HKG:0271) announced that, on 3 February 2012, the High Court made an order confirming the reduction of share premium account which was previously approved by shareholders on 9 December 2011.

The reduction will take effect upon the registration of the order by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong.
