CNC Holdings (HKG:8356) announced that with effect from 16 January 2012, the name of the company has been changed from "Tsun Yip Holdings Limited" to "CNC Holdings Limited".

The stock short name for trading of the shares of the company on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "TSUN YIP HLDGS" to "CNC HOLDINGS" in English and with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 8 February 2012.
