(Hong Kong, 17 Jan 2012) China All Access (Holdings) Limited(the “Company” or “CAA”, HKSE stock code 633.HK), an integrated information communication application solution provider and application service provider in the PRC, announced that its self-developed public security mobile police system has been successfully applied in the public security departments of two provinces in northern and southern China, through cooperating with three top telecom operators of China. The successful application of the system marked the expansion of its application from traffic police to all kinds of police, including ORPO, anti-drug police and patrol police. And this mobile police system is expected to expand to all other provinces in China in the future.

Being easy-to-use, this system is featured with  high stability, security and compability. The system can achieve wireless inquiry, comparison and warning of resident, illegal people, fugitives, stolen cars as well as other various information in moving status, through  “Jingwutong”, a wireless hand-hold mobile terminal device for second-generation ID cards identification. In addition, By setting up the synchronous mode “Entry and Verify” which parallelizes police officer’s daily work and the data collection, the verified information is recorded and analyzed.

The Company has signed cooperation agreements with the telecom operators in the aforsaid provinces to achieve the dynamic "online law enforcement" through 3G wireless network. According to the plan, in the single province of northern China, over 10,000 policemen will be equipped with mobile police system terminal by 2012, and the number will increase to 20,000 in two years.

Mr. SHAO Kwok Keung, Chief Executive Officer of CAA, said, since it was accepted as industry standards by the national public security and traffic police departments in 2010, CAA’s “Jingwutong” business has rapidly expanded to Hebei, Guangdong and Sichuan province and widely recognized as industry leader.  Meanwhile, the “Jingwutong” has extended its application from traffic police initially to new areas such as fire fighting, logistics and public security. As the provider of the most advanced wireless data terminal in the PRC market, CAA will focus on the development of   “Jingwutong” in the future and will put more resource into its R&D and promotion in the coming years. It is predictable that “Jingwutong” business will surely become the growth driver for CAA’s future results.
